Mission Immersion

A guided weekend that helps your people live missionally—right where they are.

What is it?

Mission Immersion is a three-day, guided experience – with a mix of teaching, testimonies, and local projects. Rather than focusing on distant mission trips , Mission Immersion helps people reimagine the places they already live, worship, work, shop, and gather as real mission fields. The goal isn’t to start something new—it’s to see what’s already there with new eyes.

Through Stories, teaching and shared experiences we help people reimagine their everyday lives as a mission field.

How Mission Immersion works

Mission Immersion follows a simple movement—think of it like a target that moves closer to home.

The Outer Edge

We start the weekend by helping people see parts of their city they may have overlooked or never noticed. These are the margins—people and places often forgotten or unseen.

This isn’t about guilt. It’s about exposure—opening eyes to the real needs and stories already present in the community.

Inner Circle

Next we focus on the places people already spend their time—where they work, shop, coach, commute, and build relationships.

We help people reimagine how ordinary rhythms can become meaningful mission fields. For many, this is where excitement begins to grow as they realize mission isn’t something they have to add—it’s something they can live.

The main focus

The final focus is home—the most overlooked and most important mission field.

We help people think about:

  • how they live authentically at home
  • how they use their table and living space
  • how hospitality becomes a natural expression of faith

Mission begins at home and flows outward.

A Hands on experience.

Mission Immersion includes real, tangible experiences in the local community—projects like:
– Meeting and serving neighbors
– Helping with home repairs
– Meeting real needs identified by the church
These experiences aren’t meant to create long-term projects. They are learning moments—helping people see their city, their work, and their relationships differently when the weekend is over.

We also bring real-life interviews and stories onto the stage—people from all walks of life—so participants can hear what mission looks like lived out in everyday contexts.
Participants are guided through the weekend using simple reflection tools to help process what they’re learning.

A PARTNERSHIP WITH THE LOCAL CHURCH

Through a series of preparation meetings, we work together with the local church to shape a Mission Immersion that fits your church and your city. In the process, churches often come away with a deeper understanding of their own community.

We come with: the teaching, the framework
the overall structure the coaching and guidance

The church provides: The knowledge of their city and community, the local projects
the tools and resources for those projects
food and hospitality during the weekend
